Product questions
Identral is a document intelligence and collaboration platform with three connected layers: reusable profiles for individuals, client document workspaces for professional practices, and people-document operations for organisations.
They share the same document profile, validation, template, workspace, and permission foundations. An individual can grant scoped access to a professional case; structured information from a completed workflow can then support organisation intake without starting from zero.
Identral Individual provides a reusable personal document profile, Professional brings client casework into shared workspaces, and Organisations manages applicant and employee document operations.
No. The product is designed around familiar actions such as uploading a file, reviewing extracted fields, editing your vault, and selecting documents to share.
Documents questions
The current uploader accepts PDF, JPG, and PNG files up to 10 MB each. Identral has structured extraction for passports, resumes or CVs, national IDs, certificates, and general personal documents.
No. Quality, expiry, consistency, and AI analysis results are practical review aids. They are not an official identity verification, legal decision, immigration decision, or guarantee that an application will be accepted.
Yes. You can review and edit stored information. Where a field has more than one valid value, the vault can retain alternate values rather than forcing a single answer.
Sharing questions
You select the documents to include, create a link with an expiry and access limit, and send that link yourself. Active links can be monitored and revoked from your dashboard.
AI tools questions
Current advisor tools include document summaries, resume building and refinement, cover-letter drafts, travel statements of purpose, and letters of explanation. All generated material should be reviewed before use.
No. AI output can be incomplete or mistaken, and requirements can change. Review generated content and confirm important legal, immigration, education, or employment requirements with the relevant authority or qualified professional.
Account questions
Yes. An account is required to use the private vault, upload documents, access personalized tools, and manage share links.
Pricing questions
Individual plans are Free, Core at $7.99 per month, and Pro at $14.99 per month. Professional plans begin at $49 per month. Organisation pricing begins at $399 per month by employee band. Annual billing displays 20% savings.
Professional questions
It is designed for immigration consultants, education agents, mortgage brokers, accountants, solicitors, financial advisers, and other practices that manage repeatable document-intensive client cases.
It is a per-client, per-application view of how many defined requirements are satisfied, which documents are missing or unsuitable, and what work remains. It supports professional review and is not a guarantee of approval.
No. An existing user can connect a permissioned profile, while a new client can create an account from the professional’s invitation.
The workspace record includes document requests and uploads, reviews, tasks, messages, deadlines, permission changes, signatures, decisions, and a chronological activity trail.
Yes. The platform model gives the profile owner control over scoped access. Revocation should prevent future workspace access without deleting the historical activity required for an authorised case record.
Organisations questions
No. Identral is the document intelligence and workflow layer for applicant and employee records. It can operate natively for smaller organisations or alongside an existing HRIS through imports and integrations.
Acquire collects structured applicant information. Evaluate surfaces completeness and document-health context for reviewers. Collaborate covers generation, routing, approval, signature, acknowledgement, monitoring, and employee actions.
It reviews authorised people records for missing documents, expiry concerns, inconsistencies, and incomplete fields, then provides an organisation-level view of what needs attention.
Yes. The template engine maps variable fields in an organisation’s existing Word or PDF templates to structured employee information so the organisation can keep its own format and branding.
No. Document-health indicators, workflow warnings, and AI summaries support authorised human reviewers. The organisation remains responsible for employment, compliance, approval, and legal decisions.
Organisations can use native Identral records, import structured data through CSV or Excel, and connect supported HRIS or ATS tools through integrations.
Privacy questions
The current application hashes account passwords, checks authentication on protected API routes, limits upload size and file type, and keeps secrets in environment variables. Avoid sharing your account credentials and revoke links you no longer need.
Support questions
Visit the Help Centre for common guidance or use the contact form to send a support request. Include what you were trying to do and the error shown, but never send your password or sensitive document contents.
