Clear stages

Step 1

Create your private workspace

Sign up with your name, email address, and a password of at least eight characters. Your dashboard and vault are available after account creation.Account passwords are stored as hashes. Keep your password private.

Step 2

Add information your way

Type profile information directly or upload a PDF, JPG, or PNG. Identral can separate multi-document uploads and extract structured information from supported document types.Files are limited to 10 MB each. Clear, complete images produce better results.

Step 3

Review what Identral found

Check the document label, category, extracted fields, quality notes, summary, and dates. Correct information before relying on it and decide what belongs in your vault.AI extraction and summaries may be incomplete. Your review is an essential step.

Step 4

Resolve what needs attention

The dashboard surfaces expiry notices, information mismatches, quality concerns, appointments found in documents, and relevant policy notifications.These checks support your preparation; they are not official verification.

Step 5

Use your information

Ask a focused advisor, build an editable first draft, or use the Chrome extension to review matched fields and fill a supported web form.Always review a generated document or completed form before submission.

Step 6

Share only what is needed

Select documents, add optional context, create a link with time and access limits, and monitor or revoke the share from your dashboard.Anyone with an active link may be able to access its contents. Send links carefully.
