Using Identral
These draft terms apply to access and use of Identral. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use the service only where legally permitted. Final eligibility and minimum-age terms require legal confirmation.
Your content
You retain responsibility for documents, profile information, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Identral the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyse, and present that content to provide the features you request. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
You may not use Identral to violate law, infringe rights, access another person’s account, distribute malware, bypass security or usage controls, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or create fraudulent documents or deceptive applications.
AI and automated output
Extraction, summaries, recommendations, field matching, and generated drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review output before relying on it. Identral does not provide legal, immigration, financial, medical, education-admission, or employment-placement advice, and does not guarantee an application outcome.
Sharing and saved credentials
You are responsible for the documents included in a share link, the people to whom you send it, and revoking access when appropriate. If you save website credentials, you are responsible for ensuring that doing so is permitted and for reviewing any form or login action before proceeding.
Availability, changes, and termination
The service may change, experience interruptions, or be suspended for maintenance or security reasons. Identral may restrict or terminate access for misuse, legal requirements, or risks to the service. Account-termination procedures and data-export periods require final product and legal confirmation.
Pricing and payment
No verified public paid plan is currently advertised. Before paid features are introduced, applicable price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund terms should be presented clearly and incorporated into final terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that every result will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular application.
